  • Sofija GligorovSofija Gligorov, from Kumanovo, Macedonia, studied Business Management, with a concentration in International Business and Economics.  She was the valedictorian of the graduating class 2013.  Sofija writes, “I am an MMC alum currently working in Corporate Treasury at JP Morgan Chase. I loved my experience at MMC because of the college’s location, its professors, and its inclusive community. MMC was my second family away from home, and I would definitely recommend it to other international students because they will never feel lonely at Marymount. The activities, the brilliant professors, the sounds of the city all make it an exciting adventure that drives one’s inner growth and boosts independence.”

Alumni Reunion Weekend 2017

Marymount Manhattan College’s 2017 Alumni Reunion Weekend was held on May 19–20. This was a particularly special year, as it was the first time we combined Reunion Weekend with our annual Commencement Exercises. It was a truly moving experience to have the members of our 50th Reunion class (1967) recognized on stage at David Geffen Hall in the iconic New York City landmark, Lincoln Center.  In addition, it was especially powerful to have our senior alumni in attendance as the College welcomed our newest alumni, the graduates of 2017, into the fold.
