Matt currently serves as Deputy Rapid Response Communications Director for Mayor Pete Buttigieg’s 2020 Presidential Campaign. He previously served as Press Secretary for Congressman Seth Moulton of Massachusetts in Washington D.C. and on his 2020 Presidential campaign. In 2016, Corridoni worked as the Deputy National Press Secretary for Governor Martin O’Malley’s 2016 Presidential campaign.

Upon graduating, Matt completed his third and final summer as a Jeanette K. Watson Fellow. After spending two summers interning for the city government as a fellow (first at the Department of Cultural Affairs and then in the Office of the Mayor), Matt spent his third summer abroad interning for Dominic Hannigan, member of the Irish Parliament. During his time in Dublin, Matt assisted with the execution of the June 2013 COSAC meeting, a bi-annual conference of the committees of the national Parliaments of the European Union Member States dealing with the European Union affairs as well as representatives of the European Parliament, which was held at Dublin Castle during Ireland’s Presidency of the Council of the European Union. Matt also Represented Dept. Hannigan’s office at various embassy receptions and at an international LGBT rights conference. After completing his final Watson summer, Matt began his master’s degree at American University where another Marymount Alum, Dotty Lynch, became his mentor. While at American, Matt completed internships at the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC), The United States Senate (Office of Robert P. Casey, Jr. D-PA), and at the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities.
