Page Types
Every page is attached to a page template.
Click the links on the left to see examples of each type of template.
Templates help to keep every page consistent, familiar and predictable. They create the page structure and layout.
When you create a new page, you’ll be asked to select a page template.
Choosing a suitable template depends on what the page is for, and which group it’s for. The templates are clearly named, to help you choose which type to use.
Web administrators can assign templates to each group, to set a default template per group, and give editors a curated selection of templates to pick from.
Go to Toolbox > Groups and Users and scroll down to Page Templates to set templates for each group.
