Graduate Lucia Thompson ’20 to Premiere Short Film in Annual LGBTQ Film Festival

Thompson ’20, a recent graduate in Studio Art and Digital Media and Video Production, will premiere her short film, Patience Brings Roses, at NewFest Film Festival.

NewFest is one of the largest and most influential LGBTQ+ film festivals in the country. Patience Brings Roses tells the story of a mime who falls in love with a woman and struggles to win her over. 

This year’s festival will take place starting October 16 through October 27, 2020. Films are available to watch anywhere in the United States. To learn more and to purchase a ticket, click here.
