Mindfulness at MMC
New 4-session mindfulness meditation class begins Monday, Oct. 31 at 1 p.m.
Learn an ancient technique to calm your mind, improve your focus, reduce stress, and help you more easily cope with life’s ups and downs.
Meets Mondays from 1 to 2 p.m. in the Multi-faith Center, Room 412 Carson (f.k.a. Main) from October 31 through November 21.
