Pop-ups are mini stress reduction activities that are fun, social and brief!

Pop-ups are held in The Commons during the lunch break. Just drop by and you can stay as long or short as you want. 

This spring, they are scheduled for Feb. 11, Feb. 22, March 1, March 14, April 5, April 18 & May 3.
