Group Switching
Content on the website is saved in “groups,” like Departments: Business or Offices: Student Affairs. Any LiveWhale user in that group can edit any of their group’s pages, stories, and events.
Your current group is shown in the upper-right corner of your screen, next to your name. When you go to the Dashboard and click Pages or Stories, you’ll only see the content for that group.
Depending on your position, you may have access to multiple groups. (You are a group switcher!)
To switch groups, click the group name in that upper-right corner. It will change into a drop-down box, from which you can select any of your other groups.
