MMC Safe Havens
Marymount Manhattan College has implemented a new SAFE HAVEN program for all campus buildings, including its residence halls.
These designated locations, or “safe havens,” are intended for all students, faculty, and staff in need of assistance. If you’re feeling unsafe, threatened, or otherwise unwell, simply enter the establishment and identify yourself as a member of the MMC community to receive assistance.
The following locations are now MMC-designated safe havens:
Main Campus
- Café Bacio: 1223 Third Ave (Between 70 th and 71 st St)
- CVS: 1396 Second Avenue (Corner of East 72 nd St)
- The Windsor Florist II: 1382 Second Ave (Corner of East 71 st St)
- The Food Emporium: 1175 Third Ave (Corner of East 69 th St)
- Hunter College: East 68 th St and Lexington Ave
55 th St Residence Hall
- Bloomberg News: 919 Third Ave (between 55 th and 56 th St)
- Bloomberg News: 731 Lexington Ave (between 58 th and 59 th St)
- Bloomberg News: 120 Park Ave (between 41 st and 42 nd St)
- CVS: 1223 Second Ave (Corner of East 64 th St)
- East Midtown Partners: 875 Third Avenue (at East 52 nd St)
- Sloan Kettering: 300 East 66 th St
Cooper Square
