MMC Research Team Publishes Article in Food Chemistry
A research team led by Prof. Alessandra Leri has published a study entitled “Particulate organohalogens in edible brown seaweeds” in the journal Food Chemistry. Two Biology alumnae, Marisa Dunigan ’15 and Rosie Wenrich ’17, appear as authors on the paper.
