Meet the Staff
The Office of Institutional Advancement often works with departments to discuss marketing campaigns, scholarship distribution, and major gift planning.
Alumni Relations functions out of IA. We love to see alums of all ages at our various alumni events, such as book club, class luncheons, and reunion.
Institutional Advancement forms relationships with local businesses and corporations, for example Sprinkles Cupcakes.

Many of the College’s largest fundraising events are organized through Institutional Advancement. Some of our biggest annual events include the President’s Gala, the Donor Dinner, Alumni Reunion.
Whether it’s a 50th anniversary or a 5th, we welcome all alumni back to the 71st Street campus for a fun-filled weekend every spring.

Institutional Advancement often works with students and faculty to coordinate special performances at our events. At the 2013 Donor Dinner in December, musical theatre students performed a selection of holiday music as an after-dinner treat.

The Religious of the Sacred Heart of Mary, the members of whom inspired MMC’s mission, engage with the Marymount Manhattan community after seventy-seven years. Freshman student Rena Vega spoke this year at IA’s annual RSHM Christmas celebration.
