Welcome to the Career Services Request a Workshop Form. Workshops may be
requested for classroom visits, events, or student organization meetings. Please fill in all
information below and a Career Services team member will be in contact within 24 hours.
Please note that requests for workshops need to be made no later than 3 days before the
event to allow for planning.
