In Learn Your Strengths, you will use an online assessment, CliftonStrengths, to develop a deeper understanding of your natural strengths and talents. From this you will build a vocabulary that will help you talk about yourself in a professional manner, a necessary tool for networking events and interviews.

In Build Your Professional Presence, you will use BrandYourself, an online reputation management tool that will scan your social media profiles to help you present your best self. Through this lab you will learn ways to develop a stronger online presence through social media, create an elevator pitch, and build a LinkedIn page so you can begin to expand your personal and professional network. 

In Shape Your Experience, you will learn how to find and prepare for an internship and build your experience. This lab covers every part of the application process from learning how to search for internships using MMC Career Connection to preparing for the interview with Big Interview’s digital mock interview platform. You will have access to articles and resources to help you make the most of your internship and know your rights as an intern. You can also check out other ways to gain experience at MMC or throughout the city.

In Find Your Path, you will have access to resources that will help you with your next step after graduation. You can explore employment opportunities with MMC Career Connection, learn about the process for applying to graduate school, and explore career specific job sites.
