Celebrating 50 Years

The Arthur O. Eve Higher Education Opportunity Program (HEOP) provides support and financial assistance to eligible students attending independent colleges and universities in New York State.

In 2019, HEOP celebrated its 50th anniversary, and MMC honors the program and the extraordinary students who have gained access to a brighter future because of it.

A member since HEOP’s inception in 1969, MMC has proudly graduated more than 200 HEOP students.
