Resources for the Office of Disability Services and the Academic Access Program are listed below. Please note that you must submit documentation in order to receive accommodations.

Registration
- To register for accommodations please submit the Accommodation Request. At the end of this form, you will have the opportunity to upload documentation supporting these requests. You can also submit this documentation to The Office of Disability Services in Carson Hall 500. After successfully completing the registration process, you will be informed of the accommodations that will be provided to you.
- The Office of Disability Services uses a program called Accommodate by Symplicity. This program allows students to requests and manage accommodations, make appointments with ODS staff, as well as request Note Takers and Testing Accommodations.

If you wish to apply for the Academic Access Program, which is a cost above tuition program for students with learning disabilities, please submit this Student Application, along with a psycho-educational evaluation or neuro-psychological evaluation.)

Though not complete, a list of the most common reasonable accommodations for students with disabilities is listed below:
- Testing Accommodations: additional time, separate testing space, use of a computer for exams. Testing Accommodations can be requested through Accommodate
- Sonocent: Audio Note Taker or Glean
- Request for student note-takers in applicable classes. To request a note-taker please make this request on Accommodate.*Please note this will need to renewed each semester.
- Permission to use laptop computers to take class notes in class
- Permission to tape-record lectures, please refer to Audio Recording Policy
