About
As a Venture Capital Analyst at Equal Equity Impact, I source venture capital deals, specifically screening for early-stage companies led by ethnic minority, female, and LGBTQIA entrepreneurs to democratize capital allocation. I collaborate with 13 underrepresented interns and 2 Co-Founders with experience at J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs, and Crewe Capital to implement investment strategies, produce meaningful financial models, and conduct overall due diligence. As a nonprofit, we reinvest all investment profits back into the fund to further our unique outreach.
