Marymount Manhattan Hosts Annual Alumni Reunion
Alumni weekend 2014
On June 13 and 14, 2014, Marymount Manhattan College observed its annual Alumni Reunion Weekend, honoring the classes that graduated in years ending in 4s and 9s.
At Saturday’s reunion luncheon, the College honored Marion Ferretti Bonomo ’59 and Joan McGreevy Glatzl ’84 with the Pere Gailhac Award, Joan Kelleher Heaney ’64 and Mary Tomaszewski Bolte ’69 with the Sr. Raymunde Award, and Ashley Pines ’09 with the first-ever Young Alumni Award.
Events also included neighborhood walking tours, a wine tasting, various receptions, a conversation with published authors, and an Oral History Project.

Math Department Holds The Eleventh Annual Pi-Day Contest
Every year, the Mathematics department holds a College-wide π-Day contest. Students, faculty, and staff are invited to submit an original sentence, paragraph, poem, or short story that uses the digits of π in order (π ≈ 3.1415926..).
