Professor Jason Rosenfeld addresses a crowd at the Met

This June, Marymount Manhattan College Professor Jason Rosenfeld will be co-teaching “Pre-Raphaelites at the Met,” a course offered in conjunction with the exhibition The Pre-Raphaelite Legacy: British Art and Design, at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

He will be joined by Constance McPhee, Curator, Department of Drawings and Prints, MMA, and Alison R. Hokanson, Research Associate, Department of European Paintings.

From the Met’s website: Discover the Pre-Raphaelites, a dynamic group of British artists, designers, and writers active in the second half of the nineteenth century, and explore their inspirations and impact through the Met’s collections… Led by Met experts, this three-session course (June 12, 19, 26) meets in the Met’s classrooms and galleries.
