Campus Activities Board - Candidate Application ’20-’21

Please complete the following questions to the best of your ability. Upon completion and submit the online application no later than Friday, March 20, 2020, at 5 PM.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be available on Mondays from 1:00 PM –2:20 PM for the 2020-2021 Academic year
• Agree to uphold all college policies and procedures.
• Agree to serve as an advocate for the entire student body.
• Maintain a cumulative grade point average of at least a 2.5 and remain in good academic and disciplinary standing.
• Must serve on CAB for one academic year.
• Must attend the Leadership Retreats on a Sunday or Saturday at the beginning of Fall and Spring Semesters
• Any member may be nominated or nominate themselves for committee chair only if they have been an active CAB member for at least one semester prior to elections.
• The candidates for the President or Vice-President of the Executive Board shall have served on the Executive Board of CAB for at least one year to be eligible for election (as a committee chair or other e-board position).
• Candidates for the office of Secretary, Treasurer, and the Committee Chairs shall have been active CAB members for at least one semester to be eligible for election.
• Must be able to attend the swearing-in ceremony held at the Leadership Awards on Friday, May 1, 2020, 5:30 PM

CAB Elections will be held on Wednesday, April 1, 2020, and Thursday, April 2, 2020.
