Making a gift of securities requires two easy steps:
1) In advance of transferring the stock gift, please contact Lisha Bodden of Marymount Manhattan College in the Office of Institutional Advancement at (212) 517-0618 or lbodden@mmm.edu, with the name of the stock, the number of shares to be donated, the intended date of transfer and the name of the bank the stocks will be coming from.
2) Instruct your stockbroker or investment manager to transfer the shares via D.T.C. to:
