Application Schedule and Deadlines

A non-refundable housing deposit and housing application are required to secure a space in housing. As part of the housing application, you will have the opportunity to sign the 2021-2022 Housing Contract. Due to the limited amount of space within the residence halls, student housing is offered on a first-come, first-served basis with priority given to the students who have submitted their housing application and deposit before the deadline.

Incoming Students

• A non-refundable $500 housing deposit are due on June 1, 2021. If you need assistance making your housing deposit, please contact The Center for Student Services.
• A housing application and signed housing contract is due by June 18, 2021. You will only be able to apply for housing once you have completed your pre-registration form, signed up for classes, and have received your MMC e-mail credentials. Once this is complete, we will let you know via your MMC e-mail address when the application is ready for you to fill out.
• Any applications and/or deposits submitted after the deadline will be considered on a rolling basis. Both an application and a non-refundable deposit are required.

Continuing Students

• Housing applications for the will be made available on March 30, 2021.
• Housing applications are due on April 23, 2021.
• A non-refundable housing deposit is due by April 23, 2021. Your deposit can be made via MMC Connect. Please make sure to submit your deposit for the correct semester. If you need assistance making your housing deposit, please contact The Center for Student Services.
• Any applications and/or deposits submitted after the deadline will be considered on a rolling basis. Both an application and a non-refundable deposit are required.

Housing Fees

• Dining Dollars plan are required for all on-campus students.

Housing Contract

• The Housing Contract is for one full academic year.
• Please be aware that you are committing to living on campus once you sign and submit it along with your application.

For Students Considering Housing

• Students who require a special accommodation must contact The Office of Disability Services as soon as possible to receive a special accommodation in housing.
